Paul Mitchell has served as Treasurer, Compliance Officer, and a board member of First State for over 30 years. After earning two bachelor degrees, Paul developed an interest in securities while completing postgraduate work in accounting. Paul Joined First State in 1979. He is also currently the Chief Financial Officer and serves on the Audit and Compliance Committees. For more than 35 years, Paul has managed client services without a single client complaint.
